Research Use Only & Purchaser Affirmation
All products sold by QC Labs are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Before entering our store you affirmed that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher purchasing for in vitro and laboratory research only. That affirmation is the sole verification required to browse and purchase; no separate researcher application or account approval is required to buy.
Access & Account
You may browse and purchase as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or licensed to others. You warrant that any personal or payment information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website and purchase products. By entering the site you confirmed you meet this requirement. Products are available to qualified researchers for laboratory use.
Our Products
We make efforts to accurately describe our products, but we do not guarantee that the appearance or quality will meet your expectations or match exactly how they appear online. Descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products and limit quantities at our discretion. Products are analytical standards and research reagents, not pharmaceuticals.
Orders
When you place an order, it is considered an offer to buy. QC Labs may accept or decline orders for any reason. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed. If an order is not accepted or is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree that purchases are for your research use and not for resale or export.
Prices & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges may apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. QC Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the product is transferred to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Prohibited Uses
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware or spam, harvest personal information of others, or interfere with security features.
