Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Only

QC Labs ships exclusively to verified laboratory addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2 Day Shipping. The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days for processing plus 2 business days for delivery.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships. Track your order using our Track Order page.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address that does not meet our compliance or verification requirements.

Shipping Delays & Your Rights

We state a processing time of 1-2 business days plus 2 business days for delivery and have a reasonable basis for that estimate. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you with a revised shipping date. You may cancel your order and receive a full, prompt refund at any time before shipment. If we cannot meet a revised date and cannot reach you, any order that has not shipped will be cancelled and refunded automatically. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
